Service Description

All clients will be required to have an initial consultation before joining any plans. This enables me to understand your requirements in full. Once you have had your initial consultation and I have made my recommendations you may book on to the relevant package / plan or follow-up consultation. You will be able to book your first follow-up date and all subsequent dates can be booked with Gina direct. Booking onto our plans and packages provides a comprehensive support programme of sessions and accompanying materials including recipes, shopping lists and meal plans. Progress is regularly reviewed, adaptations made and any difficulties dealt with speedily. Plans are an ideal way for me to support you extensively and to address your specific health issue holistically.
