My Story

I have been passionate about the role nutrition plays in supporting health challenges for many years. I first became interested in nutrition in my early 20's as i struggled to balance a busy life, stressful job along with my IBS and food intolerance symptoms. Since then i have found effective ways to assist my own gut issues and experienced first hand the enormous benefits a gut supportive protocol can have on both the body and mind. I understand the ways in which gut imbalances impact emotional and physical health and can influence anxiety, depression, cognition, memory and even learning difficulties. As well as IBS, IBD, allergies / intolerance, chronic fatigue, autoimmunity, skin conditions and more.

In 2017, after many years of nutrition being a part of who I am I decided to take the step to qualify as a Nutritional Therapist. After 3 years of intensive study with The College of Naturopathic Medicine which included lectures by some of the UK's leading science nutrition figures to become fully qualified. I gained over 200 hours of practical clinical experience whilst studying and now offer my professional services as a registered Nutritional Therapist. My passionate, empathetic approach and deep desire to help individuals achieve their health goals drives me to continually develop my skills; keeping myself up to date with all the latest scientific developments. Whether you’re seeking help with a specific health condition affecting mind or body or needing support with weight management, sports nutrition or general health and wellbeing i am here to support you as you make this important step for your health.
