The road to a healthy body and losing weight isn’t a one size fits all, we are all different sizes and shapes, have different fitness levels and may have health concerns. This package provides personalised nutritional consultations for individual support to uncover your customised keys to success.

This is not another diet that you will not see results from, or that will leave you hungry for large parts of the day or grumpy and longing for those treats. Nor is it a calorie counting diet where you are frightened about the food you are putting on your plate. My aim is to help you understand food, to educate or re-programme your eating habits and show you that losing weight and then maintaining weight is possible with healthy, delicious and filling food leaving you full of energy too!

Monthly payment: £165 per month for 3 months
1 x (75 mins) Initial Consultation
9 x (30 mins) Follow up Sessions

An initial 75-minute consultation. You will be required to complete a consultation form / food diary prior to the appointment. I will take a full case history and systems analysis. Interactions between your dietary / lifestyle habits and symptoms will be explained and some measurements will be taken.

Following the initial consultation we will meet (in person or via zoom) each week for the following 9 weeks. These sessions focus on monitoring your progress, keeping you focused and motivated, providing recipes and ongoing nutritional support and making changes to the plan if required.

Together we will discuss goals, create a target and put together a nutritional plan that is entirely personalised to you.

A weekly exercise plan will be agreed to complement the nutritional plan.
